Nicholas J. Pichotta

Mr. Pichotta has served as Chief Executive Officer of CooperSurgical, our women's healthcare business, since September 1992. He also served as President from September 1992 to December 2004. Prior to that he held various management positions with us from September 1989. From December 1986 to May 1988 he was President of the Surgical Laser Division of Cooper LaserSonics, Inc.
