REPORT ON CORPORATE INCOME TAX INFORMATION

in compliance with chapter 10a of Directive 2013/34/EU (‘country-by-country reporting’)

Introduction

In compliance with chapter 10 of Directive 2013/34/EU, THE COOPER COMPANIES, INC. (hereinafter, Cooper, formerly Cooper Companies Inc.) has prepared the report on corporate income tax or taxes of similar nature (EU public country by country report), given that: - Cooper is the ultimate parent company, not governed by the law of an EU Member State. The net consolidated annual turnover of the group at the end of the fiscal year exceeded a total of 750,000,000 euros in each of the last two consecutive fiscal years according to its consolidated financial statements. - Cooper has several subsidiaries subject to the law of EU member states, considered medium-sized or large, in accordance with the thresholds established in the regulations of those member states. The EU public country by country report will be published free of charge in an electronic format that is machine-readable on Cooper´s website (www.coopercos.com). This report will be filed by CooperVision Italia Sr., domiciled at Via Carducci 26, 20123 Milano (Italy), for publication with the Milano Trade Registry in accordance with Italian regulations.
