(NYSE:COO) today announced that it will hold its next annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 29, 2010 will be eligible to vote on matters presented in the Company's proxy statement, including electing its slate of directors. The Company plans to mail its proxy statement on or about February 8, 2010.
